Smartphone brand vivo has launched the vivo S2, part of its S-series, in the Indian market.
The Vivo S-series has returned this year following the S1 series.
The company has focused on the display, design, and battery of the Vivo S2 smartphone.
It features a high-capacity battery, a MediaTek Dimensity processor, and a Mali G615 MC2 GPU.
Additionally, it comes with a 3D curved AMOLED panel, an under-display fingerprint scanner, and stereo speakers.

Vivo has launched the Vivo S2 smartphone in India, offering 128GB and 256GB storage options
(featuring UFS 3.1 storage) alongside a single 8GB RAM variant (with LPDDR4X).
Regarding pricing based on storage variants, the base model
(8GB + 128GB) is priced at ₹39,999, while the 8GB + 256GB variant is priced at ₹44,999.

Regarding the display, the Vivo S2 features a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel with a screen-to-body ratio of 91.4%. As the smartphone is military-grade certified, the display is capable of withstanding minor impacts.
It also supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth scrolling and offers a peak brightness of 3000 nits.
Additionally, the display boasts a resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a pixel density of 449 ppi, ensuring sharp and clear visuals.
Despite housing a large battery, the smartphone maintains a slim profile with a thickness of 8mm and weighs between 197g and 199g.
